Registration for codes will close on Wednesday 16th October 2024 by 12:00PM BST
Codes and access links will be sent on Thursday 17th October 2024 by 9:00AM BST
Event sale begins on Thursday 17th October 2024 by 3:00PM BST
HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CODE & ACCESS LINK?
Codes, access links and instruction will be emailed to eligible fans by Thursday 17th October by 9:00AM BST
We do not accept responsibility if the email we send to the email address you have provided does not reach you for any reason beyond our reasonable control, including where the email is flagged as spam.
Ticket codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. Codes are non-transferable, case-sensitive, and available for one-time use only

No purchase is necessary to obtain a code and access, simply click here to access the No Purchase Necessary form. This form is property of UMG
HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I PURCHASE?
Tickets purchase will be limited to 2 tickets per DICE account.
Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis. We expect a very high demand and cannot guarantee tickets.
IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO GET A TICKET TO ATTEND THE SHOW, PLEASE DO NOT GET TOO UPSET - THERE WILL BE A FREE GLOBAL STREAM HAPPENING ON THE CURE YOUTUBE CHANNEL. DETAILS TO FOLLOW.
Please note that this event will be filmed. By purchasing a ticket to this filmed performance, you shall be deemed to consent to you and any members of your group being filmed, and that the event organisers shall have complete discretion as to the use of any film without any recourse to you or any member of your group
IF I PLACE MORE THAN ONE ORDER, WILL I GET ADDITIONAL ACCESS CODES?
No, each customer will receive one access code
IMPORTANT TICKETING INFO
Tickets will go on sale from 3:00PM BST on 17th October exclusively via DICE.FM. We recommend opening a DICE account & downloading the app ahead of time, info here.
Tickets will be priced at £56.61 which is comprised of £50 Face Value (inc £1 WarChild Donation) + 8% Booking Fee (£4) + £1.50 Restoration Levy + 2% Transaction Fee (£1.11).

See below terms & conditions to help combat bots, touts & secondary ticket sites, and also manage the very high demand for tickets.
- A strict limit of 2 tickets per person / per account applies.
- Tickets must not be purchased with the intention of reselling them for commercial purposes and/or profit. Dice will be proactively monitoring known touting emails & sites.
- Only genuine mobile tickets will be accepted for entry (we’ll give you full instructions on how to access your mobile tickets after you book). If you purchased more than one ticket, your guests must be with you at time of entry. Print outs and/or screenshots of mobile tickets will not be accepted for entry.
- You may not resell or offer to resell tickets for this event through any unauthorised resale site such as Viagogo or Stubhub, or for commercial purposes and/or profit.
- Although tickets cannot be transferred, if you can no longer use your tickets you may return them via the DICE platform to fans on the waiting list at face value.
- Any tickets purchased, resold or offered for resale in breach of these special conditions will be canceled and invalidated.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these special conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions, these special conditions will apply.

We are not the ticket provider so cannot be responsible for any issues with the purchase of or your use of the tickets. HOW DO I PURCHASE ACCESSIBLE TICKETS ?
If you require a ticket within Troxy’s step-free seated accessible viewing area, please purchase x1 Stalls Accessible ticket via DICE, then contact the venue’s Access
Team at accesstickets@troxy.co.uk with a copy of your booking confirmation and proof of eligibility attached. The venue will then issue a companion ticket to your
account.
Stalls Accessible tickets are suitable for customers who require step-free access, or that need to be situated on the ground floor, but are unable to stand for the duration
of the event. The venue will be unable to admit customers to the step-free accessible area that do not hold Stalls Accessible tickets.
The venue accepts any of the following as proof of eligibility - other documents will be considered on a case-by-case basis:

Failure to send proof of eligibility across within 7 days of your booking will result in the loss of your booking and the venue refunding your purchase, as step-free accessible tickets are limited for this event
AM I GUARANTEED A TICKET IF I PRE-ORDER THE ALBUM?
No, tickets are not guaranteed with your album pre-order. We are providing sale access and tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis.
